Anniversaries evoke emotion. Like most things in life, some anniversaries are positive and some are negative. I’ve experienced a LOT of anniversaries in the last 6 weeks – it’s made for an emotional roller-coaster.
As I sit here on the balcony of my room looking over at the Epcot ball, I finally feel like I have come full circle. Attending iNACOL was the last “big” event before my mammogram that started it all 2 years ago. This means that I am finally through marking all the 1 year anniversaries. And, while the emotions won’t disappear, as new life experiences happen they will be softened over time.
